You irrevocably agree and accept that Curbanoglu A.S. may provide you with offers, deals, representations and solutions of whatsoever nature regarding your property enquiries and requests whilst Curbanoglu A.S. assumes no liability or responsibility (whether express or implied) for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, misleading statements or misleading descriptions in the content of such offers, deals, representations and solutions of whatsoever nature unless and until there is a legally binding and written agreement between you and Curbanoglu A.S. which regards to such offers, deals, representations and solutions.

1. You expressly agree and undertake to accept and assume all of the risks which may exist due to your use of the Curbanoglu Homes Website and Online Services with regards to your property enquiries and requests within the framework mentioned in the preceding sub-article.

XIV.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
